Shipping

Custom orders can take up to 3-4 weeks depending on the number of customers ahead of you. If a backlog occurs, you will be notified and given a new shipping time frame. Please be patient and always feel free to contact me. The longer you have to wait, the more orders ahead of you. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your order. 

I am an independent customizer. I do not have staff or workers. I customize every shoe myself, so orders will take time. However, I do work with a first come first served basis and I pride myself on Quality over Quantity.

Shipping is done by an outside service (USPS) and involves elements I can't control. I am not responsible nor liable for any claims arising out of loss, miscarriage or negligent transmission that may occur during shipping. Multiple layers of protection are added to items to prevent damages, such as crushing. I am not responsible for lost or stolen goods once the package is delivered. Please be sure to make proper arrangements to receive your package, as they will require your signature.
