How It Works

All shoes are made to order. Once your order is placed, I purchase the shoes either in-store or online based on store availability. Shoes are then hand-painted, packed and shipped by me. As this is a custom hand-made product and not factory produced, note that items like this take time to complete. Please allow up to 3-4 weeks. This is based on the volume of work I have at the time your order was placed. 

Please ensure your size is correct prior to purchasing. I am unable to refund or exchange shoes if you ordered the wrong size. Once you make a purchase, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions at anytime without notice.

There are no refunds, exchanges or warranties.
